Media/Press Accreditation Instructions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION. APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT ALL REQUIRED ITEMS OR INCOMPLETELY FILLED OUT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Dear Press Representative,

Below, please find the credential form for the West Coast Thunder Motorcycle Parade and Concert. This form must be completed and submitted by May 16, 2025, to be considered.

Please submit one application per person to be assigned (limited to one reporter and one photographer/cameraperson.) Those requesting media credentials must be currently employed by a media outlet/news organization. We CANNOT issue credentials to sales/advertising personnel, publishers/associate publishers, or PR/technical staff from any organization.

Forms submitted after the MAY 16, 2025 deadline will not be accepted.

This form is not a guarantee that you will receive credentials. Credential forms are evaluated each year. If you have received accreditation in the past, it does not guarantee accreditation again.

Credentials will NOT be given out on the day of the event. A member of the West Coast Thunder Foundation staff will contact you to arrange the pick up of your credential and Press Guidelines PRIOR to the event day.

In addition, West Coast Thunder Foundation will not provide any special services or equipment (hands-free units, conference units, data lines, broadcast lines, fax, etc.)
