RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA — The engines are revving and the countdown to Memorial Day has officially begun. West Coast Thunder Foundation is looking for high-energy individuals to join the ranks for the 2026 Memorial Day Motorcycle Ride. This is your chance to get behind the handlebars of Southern California’s most iconic tribute and help power an event that honors our nation’s fallen heroes.
From the starting line at Riverside Harley-Davidson to the heart of Historic Downtown Riverside, our volunteers are the backbone of the roar. We need a dedicated crew ready to hit the ground running and ensure this year’s ride is the most impactful one yet.
THE CREW ROSTER
We are recruiting for mission-critical positions, including, but not limited to:
Staging & Parking Logistics: Command the starting line and keep the pack moving.
Registration Support: Assist with getting folks registered to ride.
Merchandise Support: Help sell official merchandise..
Operations Support: Assist with setup, breakdown, and everything in between.

About West Coast Thunder Foundation
West Coast Thunder Foundation is a tax-exempt nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization raising funds through community outreach efforts, including organizing the nation’s largest Memorial Day motorcycle ride. Event proceeds benefit monument construction and services supporting Riverside National Cemetery through the Riverside National Cemetery Support Committee.
Since 2000, the foundation has been the major contributor of funds supporting Riverside National Cemetery, the largest cemetery in the National Cemetery Administration system. Current projects include funding construction of the American Indian Veterans Memorial, which broke ground in 2020. Past efforts include construction of the National POW/MIA Memorial, repairs to the Medal of Honor Memorial, and support of the Riverside National Cemetery Memorial Honor Detail.
