With the postponement of West Coast Thunder to next year, we wanted to provide an update on refunds, transfers, and donations.
REFUNDS – Those who have requested a refund should have received an email over the past few days indicating a refund has been issued. The refund could take anywhere between 7-10 days, depending on your financial institution. If you requested a refund but did not get an email (also check your spam folder), please send us an email here and we will look into this for you.
TRANSFERS – We are currently processing these. Those who have directed us to transfer their registration to next year’s West Coast Thunder will receive a registration confirmation email in the coming days. This will confirm your pre-registration for next year, May 31, 2021.
DONATIONS – Those who have donated their registration to the West Coast Thunder Foundation will receive an email that will include the tax-exempt, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization Tax ID Number. Emails will be sent next week.
